“Black Paint” is legendary among Leica collectors, this edition of the Komaru Softrelease pays homage to this iconic finish.
The “Komaru Black Paint Edition” was machined from brass, then meticulously hand-lacquered, piece by piece, by an artisan painter.
The result is a stunning glossy black finish that feels soft to the touch when you place your finger on it.
This limited production includes 250 pieces, as well as an additional series of 40 copies already subtly patinated by our craftsman, to blend perfectly with your vintage Leica bodies, if you do not wish to wait for time to do its work.
Each patinated “Komaru Black Paint Edition” is a unique piece.
